In January 2002, when husband, Tim’s real estate career had advanced to the point he needed to hire an assistant, he immediately thought of his wife, Della. Della brings to the team 21 years of sales training and a love for interior design. Della counts it a privilege to help buyer clients find the perfect home for their needs and will work painstakingly until they find just what they are looking for. She will treat you like a best friend and even offer decorating tips and share with you her favorite stores to find just the items you need to make a house a home. For seller clients, she takes the pictures to show your home in its best light, she will describe your home in the write ups to cause buyers to want to look and will even help you “stage” your home for faster sales. For those clients relocating to Greenville, Della takes delight in giving them a tour of this wonderful city and showing them why Greenville is the best place to live.
